Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years industrial sales and marketing experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Strong MS Office proficiency; SAP R/3 sales module knowledge preferred.
• Proven leadership, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work with ITAR/export control restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for PLANSEE’s High Performance Materials products and services within the assigned US/Canada region.
• Provide commercial management to customers regarding price, terms, evaluation, and delivery; educate on materials and digital tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and other personnel to create customer solutions; coordinate with product management and sales teams.
• Lead strategic goals with North America managers to drive growth in the segments; manage key accounts.
• Prepare CRM reports including visits, calls, and emails; provide monthly/quarterly reviews and forecasts.
• Create Marketing intelligence by updating CCM and provide data for market studies and planning; set targets.
• Leverage high-performance material science to differentiate products; expand customer base and promote digital tools.
• Travel at least 50% and participate in trade shows, meetings; update customers on products.
• Other duties as required.
