Job summary

Plansee USA LLC seeks an experienced sales and marketing professional to drive strategies for High Performance Materials in the USA and Canada. You will educate customers on materials and capabilities, manage pricing and delivery terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

You will maintain CRM records, analyze market trends, and help plan annual budgets. The role requires up to 50% travel and compliance with ITAR/export controls.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years industrial sales/marketing experience in B2B environments.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 sales module preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet ITAR/export control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the success of Sales and Marketing strategies for Plansee's High Performance Materials in the USA and Canada.
• Provide commercial management to customers relating to price, terms, evaluation, and delivery. Educate customers on materials, capabilities, and technical expertise.
• Create marketing intelligence by providing analytical data to analyze trends and market studies; set annual targets and budgets.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and other personnel to propose solutions for customers.
• Maintain CRM with customer visits, calls, and emails; provide monthly and quarterly reviews of sales and account growth.
• Increase customer base by promoting digital tools and differentiating products in the marketplace.
