What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance a software platform sales process to drive sales growth
- Manage a profitable sales pipeline and coordinate with various internal teams for customer onboarding and invoicing
- Build and lead a sales team, including hiring, performance reviews, and ongoing training
- Utilize SalesForce and Hubspot for data-driven sales management and performance improvement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software platform sales management, preferably in the healthcare and SaaS industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in building high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of the HealthTech market, particularly with medical practices and clinics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SalesForce and Hubspot or High Level
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Good internet access at home (at least 25 MBPS)
- Access to a mobile hotspot and a laptop/desktop with at least 16 GB RAM
