What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own revenue outcomes for new client Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 quota-carrying Account Executives (AEs)
- Hire and onboard new sales representatives with clear ramp and accountability plans
- Build, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for discovery, demos, follow-ups, and closing
- Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and campaign alignment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in healthcare or health tech
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching, operational, and communication skills with data-driven habits
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and other modern Revenue Operations tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
