What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance the software platform sales process to implement a Land-and-Expand Go-to-Market strategy
- Manage a profitable sales pipeline while coordinating with customer support, finance, and product development teams
- Build and lead a sales team, including hiring and conducting performance reviews
- Utilize SalesForce and Hubspot for data-driven sales management and performance improvement
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software platform sales management, preferably in the healthcare and SaaS industries
- Proven ability to navigate SalesForce and Hubspot or High Level
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in motivating sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the HealthTech market, particularly with medical practices and clinics
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Access to reliable internet (at least 25 MBPS) and a mobile hotspot
- Possession of a laptop/desktop with at least 16 GB of RAM
