Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Sales Manager for the Fort Worth, TX territory to lead regional strategy and a field-based team in Neuromodulation. You will drive market penetration, collaborate with clinical staff, and manage performance across Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in Neuromodulation, and 6+ years in medical device sales, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Neuromodulation experience.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory strategy and team execution to achieve planned sales volume, market penetration and profitability.
• Build trust with key customers and KOLs; engage physicians and staff to optimize Abbott therapies.
• Provide autonomous territory management, forecast revenue, and report on performance with leadership.
• Supervise Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps, manage performance and development.
• Coordinate implanting schedules and ensure effective case support and patient education.
