Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Sales Manager for the CPT region in Fort Worth, TX. The role leads territory strategy, drives sales growth, and supervises Clinical Specialists and Sales Reps within a highly matrixed environment.

Travel and leadership responsibilities are included. The position emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, preservation of patient outcomes, and development of sales capacity across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Neuromodulation.
• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned area on a regular basis.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels and to large groups.

Responsabilités

• Identify commercial sales strategies to grow Abbott therapies and increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts, KOLs, and customers to support growth.
• Coordinate territory management and clinical support, including scheduling and case coverage.
