Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth for our North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios. You will lead by example, coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, and following up with prospective members to drive revenue and growth.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes building relationships, developing people, and achieving measurable results.

Stretch Zone | North & Midtown Tallahassee

Lead. Sell. Grow.

Stretch Zone is looking for a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth of our North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and driving results. You'll lead by example—coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, following up with prospective members, and helping both studios achieve consistent growth.

Compensation

• $3,000/month base salary
• Performance bonus based on studio revenue
• 3% of Midtown Tallahassee studio revenue
• 1% of North Tallahassee studio revenue
• Paid training and ongoing professional development
