Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to oversee the North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios. You will lead by example, coach staff, conduct consultations, and drive membership growth across both locations.

This leadership role rewards performance with a base salary plus revenue-based bonuses and ongoing professional development. You’ll build a high-performing team and shape client experiences to sustain steady studio growth.

Lead. Sell. Grow.

Stretch Zone is looking for a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth of our North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and driving results. You'll lead by example—coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, following up with prospective members, and helping both studios achieve consistent growth.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with a growing company and make a measurable impact.

Compensation

• $3,000/month base salary
• Performance bonus based on studio revenue
  • 3% of Midtown Tallahassee studio revenue
  • 1% of North Tallahassee studio revenue
• Paid training and ongoing professional development

What You'll Do

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth across both Tallahassee studios
