Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth for our North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios. You will lead by example, coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, and following up with prospective members to drive revenue and growth.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes building relationships, developing people, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth across both Tallahassee studios.
• Conduct consultations and confidently close new memberships.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future team members.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build relationships with clients that lead to long-term memberships and referrals.
• Partner with studio leadership to create an exceptional client experience.
