Responsibilities

• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished.
• Maintain the sales floor with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards.
• Handle sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve.
• Handle disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines.
• Observe sales staff to better coach a successful staff.
• Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements.
• Direct the staff in setup of new sales events.
• Take part in the training of new sales associates.
• Participates in management meetings.
• Requires punctuality and regular attendance.
• All other duties as assigned.
