Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with all tasks completed.
• Maintain the sales floor with well-trained Sales Associates.
• Resolve sales conflicts promptly.
• Handle disciplinary actions per guidelines.
• Observe staff to coach performance.
• Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and staffing.
• Direct staff in setup of new sales events.
• Train new sales associates.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
• All other duties as assigned.
