Responsibilities

• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished.

• Direct staff in setup of new sales events and participate in trainings.

Primary duties for the Sales Manager

• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished.
• Keep the sales floor maintained with well‑trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards.
• Handle sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve.
• Handle all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines.
• Observe sales staff to better coach a successful team.
• Conduct pre‑hiring surveys, interview, and hire to meet staffing requirements.
• Direct the staff in the setup of new sales events.
• Participate in the training of new sales associates.
• Participate in management meetings.
• Require punctuality and regular attendance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements for the Sales Manager

• Have the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees.
• Be able to complete required reports on time as assigned.
• Possess good organizational skills.
• Require regular weekend availability.
