Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a small team and drive revenue growth across our expanding US footprint. You will design and execute strategic sales plans, coach two to five team members, and deliver world-class customer experiences throughout the laser hair removal journey.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
