Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and recommendations.
• Ability to mentor/manage a two-to-five person team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with various computer systems and software.
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute established sales processes to meet revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including consulting, closing, and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
