Sci Corp in Akron, OH is seeking a Sales Leadership role to drive local quotas and lead a team of Sales Counselors. You will train, coach, and oversee the aftercare process, pricing, and customer service, while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include developing local marketing programs, analyzing competitors, and managing revenue and reporting. Strong leadership and CRM experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching and motivating salespeople is a plus.
• Sales experience is not required, but supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to Sales Counselors.
• Manage Sales Counselors as primary reference for aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
• Develop marketing programs aligned with community demographics and events.
• Review contracts for compliance and approve discounts; prepare compliance reports.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales spaces.
