Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience.
• Experience supervising sales counselors.
• Experience presenting, training and coaching sales staff.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors follow training manuals and company policies.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to meet customer needs.
• Lead Sales Counselors in aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
• Develop marketing programs tailored to the community.
• Monitor competitor pricing and adapt strategies.
• Plan and participate in local community events.
• Review pre-need and at-need contracts for compliance.
• Approve discounts and prepare financial control reports.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales equipment.
• Ensure budgets for programs and incentives are met.
• Maintain clean, professional sales rooms and offices.
• Ensure Code of Conduct adherence and licensure compliance.
• Work beyond hours when necessary to service customers.
