Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach a performance-driven team. You will assist the Brand Manager in executing action plans that boost sales and foster a positive atmosphere. You’ll train associates, collaborate with Clinical and Lab staff, and gain exposure to senior leadership within Now Optics.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, and achieving service standards while supporting store operations and growth.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Support Brand Manager duties, acting as manager on duty when needed.
Aid talent acquisition, training, and development for store associates.
Partner with Clinical services and HR to optimize operations.
Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
Oversee repairs, lens edging, and on-time delivery of eyewear.
Maintain brand standards in labs and monitor equipment and orders.
Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
