Job summary

Stratix Systems, Wyomissing, PA, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and high performance within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, mentor teams, and travel daily within the assigned geographic area. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years outside sales management are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of B2B sales experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Outside Sales Management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build an inclusive team environment.
• Proven ability to mentor/coach team members to achieve results.
• This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales results meet or exceed established revenue targets.
• Provide leadership through collaborative sharing of knowledge and skill.
• Develop, implement and deliver training and coaching to ensure maximum performance and sales results.
• Maintain headcount to budgeted targets by focusing on retention through career development.
• Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and presentations.
