Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage sales programs and strategic planning within a department, ensuring targets are met and revenue budgets are maximized. This hybrid role supports our Springfield and Foxboro client teams, guiding the sales team to deliver strong performance and customer satisfaction.

You'll oversee P&L targets, develop plans to grow revenue, and mentor direct reports, with emphasis on collaboration across the organization and executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (CPG) with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve P&L targets; manage business unit resources to deliver EBITDA objective.
• Own and drive revenue growth; identify opportunities and align resources to secure those opportunities.
• Meet and exceed clients’ goals for sales, distribution, pricing, shelving, and promotional volume.
• Hire, develop, and retain talent using company-wide processes, tools, and resources.
