LGI Homes is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Bisbee Ranch community, coaching a team of New Home Sales Consultants and guiding buyers through our proven LGI sales process to close more homes.

You will recruit, train, and inspire your team, set monthly goals, and lead weekly training sessions. This role offers uncapped earnings, a strong bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching and employee stock options.

• Proven track record of high sales performance
• Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team
• Exceptional communication skills face-to-face and via telephone, including weekends

• Lead a team of New Home Sales Consultants at the Bisbee Ranch community
• Recruit, train, and inspire the team to meet/exceed annual sales goals
• Set monthly goals and lead weekly group training sessions
