LGI Homes, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Tampa market, driving high-performance sales through coaching and training a team of New Home Sales Consultants.

You'll recruit, develop, and inspire your squad to exceed annual targets while guiding buyers through our LGI process. You will work weekends, set monthly goals, run weekly trainings, and manage compensation programs including base pay, commissions, and quarterly bonuses tied to closings.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll recruit, select, train, and inspire your team to meet and exceed annual sales goals. You’ll provide ongoing development and training, set monthly goals, and lead weekly group training sessions.

This role requires a proven track record of high sales performance, along with experience in training, managing, and motivating a team. The Sales Manager should possess exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone, and must be available to work on weekends.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 4% match, an employee stock purchase plan, and a new home discount. Compensation:

Total Compensation:$125,760 - $208,525+ with uncapped potential. (Range based on 18-44 units closed per quarter at an average sales price of $350,223)

Base Salary: $90,000

Commission: .25% override paid on all closed sales in the community

Bonus Structure:Paid on quarterly closings in the community ($5,000 - $20,000 per quarter based on number of units closed)
