Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years equivalent managerial experience required.
• Special License as needed (Funeral Director License in specific states).
• At least 2 years of managerial experience or 5 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, mentor, and support a team of PAA sales activities to meet monthly objectives.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate top sales talent to exceed goals.
• Call leads, set appointments, and contribute to sales targets as needed.
• Support PAAs with proposals, closing techniques, and marketing plans.
• Monitor sales performance, leads, conversions, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate regular meetings to keep the team motivated and on target.
