Sci Corp is seeking an experienced sales leader to coach and develop a high-performing sales team in Puerto Rico. You will drive monthly revenue goals and help staff improve prospecting, closing, product knowledge, and pricing strategies.

You will also oversee contract reviews, CRM-driven lead management, and collaboration with marketing to expand market share. The role includes planning for annual sales and guiding staff through change, with travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level education not required; minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in related discipline preferred.
• Experience with outside or inside consumer sales and meeting/exceeding goals.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal and conversion ratio.
• Develop sales staff skills in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge and pricing, payment terms, closing, electronic contracts as well as sales prospecting.
• Establish and communicate expectations with sales team while building their skills.
• Review sales contracts ensuring compliance with company processes and regulatory compliance, providing feedback to sales staff.
• Utilize CRM systems to identify and assign warm leads.
• Work with marketing and sales management team on Campaign development, target audience, and learning advertising to increase market share.
• Develop annual sales plan for each sales associate, identifying actions that support goal attainment.
• Identifies and implements innovative solutions improving efficiencies. Supports change initiatives, maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
• Screen candidates (internal and external) and hiring or promoting a skilled and effective staff. Assesses staff’s abilities recommending pay increases and career advancements.
• Trains staff on processes, procedures, and controls.
