Job summary

Service Corporation International in San Juan, PR seeks a Sales Manager in Training. You will be trained by the Sales Director and other managers, coaching staff in customer service, product knowledge, and sales processes to drive quota achievement.

You will recruit and train sales reps, conduct weekly meetings, and travel locally to support the team. A strong drive, integrity, and bilingual ability are valued as you grow into a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong comfort with computer systems in a sales environment.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sales and contribute to meeting location quotas.
• Be an active member of the selling team to learn the sales process.
• Recruit sales representatives and provide training on sales techniques.
• Ensure contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
• Work in the field with the sales team and travel locally as needed.
