Responsibilities

Meet and exceed defined location sales quotas
Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction per training manuals
Manage Sales Counselors and advise on aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills
Develop local marketing programs to boost prospects and awareness
Review pre-need and at-need contracts for compliance and apply discounts
Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales equipment
Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and applicable regulations
