Home Genius Exteriors is seeking elite sales professionals for its Sales Manager in Training program. You will master our in-home sales process and sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors while preparing for leadership roles.

This two-quarter track includes coaching, trainings, ride-alongs, and accountability to build a high-performing team. Earn $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped with weekly commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in home improvement or related field.
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential.
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results
• Help develop future top performers

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential
