Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Middletown, CT is seeking elite sales professionals for its Sales Manager in Training program, a two-quarter Leadership Track designed to develop leaders through hands-on sales experience and mentorship.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000+ with weekly commissions, bonuses, and company-paid incentives. Full-time with weekend availability and occasional travel for leadership training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry.
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential.
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results
• Help develop future top performers

What We're Looking For
