Home Genius Exteriors is seeking elite sales professionals for its Sales Manager in Training program in New York. You will progress through a two-quarter leadership track, mastering in-home sales and mentoring future representatives, with travel for training.

The role offers a lucrative, uncapped earning potential of $150,000–$300,000+ plus weekly commissions and bonuses, with medical/dental/vision benefits after 30 days and strong leadership development opportunities.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Master our proven in-home sales process
• Sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example through performance, accountability, and professionalism
• Achieve key performance benchmarks

Quarter 2: Leadership Development

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives
• Lead trainings, team huddles, and ride-alongs
• Drive accountability, culture, and results
• Help develop future top performers
