The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales leadership, knowledge of construction, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in sales, business development, and leadership.
• Experience in construction and working with contractors.
• Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, set goals, and provide training and performance management.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and assist with high-level opportunities.
• Manage sales budgets, evaluate ROI on programs and address escalated concerns.
