Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews key sales metrics including growth, category penetration, and gross profit percentage; identifies areas for improvement and coaching.
• Leads and inspires account managers; spends substantial time with managers to ensure opportunities are prioritized.
• Trains and coaches account managers in effective selling processes.
• Seeks customer feedback and shares insights with leadership to improve customer experience.
• Conducts monthly accountability reviews with the sales team and other staff.
