Qualifications

• 5 years managerial experience or equivalent in sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, mentor, and support a sales team to meet monthly targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate top sales talent to exceed goals.
• Assist PAAs by calling leads, setting appointments, and driving targets.
• Support PAAs with closing techniques, marketing plans, and relations.
• Monitor performance, leads, conversions, and policy compliance.
• Design sales strategies and promotions based on market activity.
• Coach PAAs on sales concepts and varied approaches.
• Lead regular meetings to maintain motivation and growth.
• Comply with state and federal funeral industry laws.
• Perform other duties as needed.
