Job summary

Mike Bass Ford in the United States is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 5–10 sales consultants and oversee both Ford and Mazda sales operations. This role emphasizes coaching, profitability, CSI, and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The position requires strong leadership, a proven track record in units and gross, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive sales management or desk experience with team-lead responsibility.
• Proven results in units, gross and CSI.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals, structure numbers, and hold gross while keeping the customer whole.
• Run daily huddles and weekly one‑on‑ones, and hold the team accountable in DriveCentric.
• Train and develop consultants through Ford and Mazda certification.
• Partner with F&I, Service and the BDC so no customer falls between departments.
• Own CSI and the follow‑up process for every sold and unsold customer.
• Give input on inventory, pricing.
• Work the floor leading from the front.
