What You’ll Do

Engage showroom visitors with energy, professionalism, and empathy, understanding their needs and connecting them to the right vehicle
Develop and maintain expertise in our inventory to provide tailored recommendations
Nurture sales leads, build long-term customer relationships, and foster loyalty
Track and manage customer interactions using our CRM tools
Contribute to a winning showroom environment by assisting with promotional events and displays

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license, plus ability to pass background check and drug screening
Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude
Strong communication skills and customer service experience (phone and in-person)
Basic computer proficiency for CRM and daily workflow
Prior Automotive Sales experience is a plus, but we are strongly equipped and willing to train the right candidate
