Job summary

Mike Bass Ford in Sheffield Village, Ohio, seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of 5–10 sales consultants and drive top-line performance. You will desk deals, structure numbers, and protect gross while keeping the customer whole, and you will coordinate with F&I, service, and the BDC to ensure seamless service across departments.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive sales management or proven leadership, a valid driver's license, and a track record of growing units and CSI.

Qualifications

• Proven results in units, gross and CSI.
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals, structure numbers, and hold gross while keeping the customer whole.
• Run daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones, and hold the team accountable in DriveCentric.
• Train and develop consultants — especially new-to-the-business hires — through Ford and Mazda certification.
• Partner with F&I, Service and the BDC so no customer falls between departments.
• Own CSI and the follow-up process for every sold and unsold customer.
• Give input on inventory, pricing.
• Work the floor leading from the front.

Mike Bass Ford | Mazda has been family-owned in Sheffield Village since 1977 — Ford, Mazda, a commercial truck center, a body shop and a Quick Lane, with 100+ team members.

Schedule and setting:

Full-time, including Saturdays and rotating evening closes. Sundays off. You'll lead a team of 5–10 sales consultants.

What you'll do:

What you bring

Required:

• 2+ years in automotive sales management or desk experience, or a top-producing sales record with team-lead responsibility
• Proven results in units, gross and CSI
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
