Mike Bass Ford in Sheffield Village, OH, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of 5–10 sales consultants. You will desk deals, structure numbers, and maintain gross while keeping the customer whole. This role is full-time with Saturdays and rotating evenings.

You will run daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, train new hires through Ford and Mazda certifications, and collaborate with F&I, Service and BDC to ensure a smooth customer experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in automotive sales management or proven team-lead sales record.
• Proven results in units, gross, and CSI.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

• Work the floor leading from the front

Pay:

Highly competitive pay plan for a proven sales leader.

Mike Bass Ford | Mazda has been family-owned in Sheffield Village since 1977 — Ford, Mazda, a commercial truck center, a body shop and a Quick Lane, with 100+ team members.

Schedule and setting:

Full-time, including Saturdays and rotating evening closes. Sundays off. You'll lead a team of 5–10 sales consultants.

What you'll do:

• Desk deals, structure numbers, and hold gross while keeping the customer whole
• Run daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones, and hold the team accountable in DriveCentric
• Train and develop consultants — especially new-to-the-business hires — through Ford and Mazda certification
• Partner with F&I, Service and the BDC so no customer falls between departments
• Own CSI and the follow-up process for every sold and unsold customer
• Give input on inventory, pricing
• Work the floor leading from the front

What you bring

Required:

• 2+ years in automotive sales management or desk experience, or a top-producing sales record with team-lead responsibility
• Proven results in units, gross and CSI
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

Nice to have:

• Ford and/or Mazda experience
• Reynolds ERA-IGNITE
• DriveCentric or a similar CRM
• vAuto for inventory, pricing and appraisals
• Digital retailing tools
• OEM certifications
