Job summary

Mike Bass Ford-Mazda of Sheffield Village is seeking an experienced Internet/BDC Manager to lead the BDC team and optimize lead handling and digital engagement. The role focuses on developing lead processes, scripts, and follow-up strategies to boost sales efficiency.

The ideal candidate has automotive sales or management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage digital marketing and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales and/or management experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, phone skills, and presentation skills are a must.
• Must have a valid Ohio license, a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the BDC department and staff.
• Develop and implement the group’s lead process, including email templates and phone scripts.
• Oversee response to leads and ensure proper, professional follow-up.
• Manage digital technologies used for lead generation/handling (digital retailing and chat).
• Champion CRM and equity mining tools for the group.
• Assist with creating and tracking performance for sales and marketing efforts.
• Assist with managing digital marketing tools and strategies.
