Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Commercial and Residential Sales Manager for our Distribution team in Richmond, VA. You will drive product awareness and sales across contract design and commercial/residential sectors, engaging architects, designers, developers, and contractors to grow specifications for Cosentino surfaces.

You will manage sales plans, budgets, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver on ambitious growth targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and market

Qualifications

• 4+ years of building materials / construction / commercial projects sales experience.
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects.
• 1+ year of business development.
• Stone fabrication or distribution

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow Cosentino’s product awareness, acceptance, and sales to contract design, commercial and residential segments for interior and exterior applications.
• Identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on architects, designers, fabricators, developers, and related contractors.
• Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure successful realization of local project execution.
• Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products, specification requirements, and fabrication/installation processes.
• Act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management with key sales information as it relates to markets and regions.
