Position Summary:
ADM is looking for a talented and competitive team member who thrives in a fast-paced, complex sales environment with a high drive to excel. The individual will be responsible for selling food flavorings, ingredients, and solutions from the ADM Nutrition portfolio to customers in North America, focusing on business-to-business sales to producers of savory and sweet goods, dairy foods, wellness products, and beverages. The role involves building new business, growing sales with existing customers, and maintaining their base year over year.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers on product development, cost-effectiveness, and quality initiatives to drive growth, working with cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, financial, food regulation, and business leadership. They will also define technical support needed to meet customer demands, executing projects in collaboration with flavor, color, and specialty ingredient teams.
