Hagadone Communications in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a local multimedia account team, grow business relationships, and make an impact in Flathead County. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, client development, and achieving revenue goals in the local market.

The position reports to the Regional Sales Director and emphasizes in-market prospecting, community involvement, and building long-term customer partnerships through effective advertising and marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of multimedia account executives.

The Daily Inter Lake / Hagadone Media Montana is looking fora Sales Manager who enjoys selling, coaching, and being active in the localbusiness community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can helpmultimedia account executives succeed while also building new business, growingkey accounts, and working directly with customers.

If you are a motivated sales professional who knows how todevelop relationships, coach others, and drive results, we’d like to hear fromyou. This position reports to the Regional Sales Director.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of multimediaaccount executives.
• Spend much of your time in the market—meetingwith clients, prospecting, and working alongside account executives.
• Help the team reach monthly revenue andnew-business goals.
• Coach account executives through field visits,pipeline reviews, and sales planning.
• Develop new business through prospecting,networking, and community involvement.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding clientneeds and recommending effective advertising and marketing solutions.
• Create client proposals, presentations, salesstrategies, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with keycustomers.
• Support consistent CRM use, accurate pipelinemanagement, forecasting, and timely follow-up.
• Recruit, onboard, and help train new sales teammembers.
• Step into open territories or account lists asneeded.
• Represent the company through local chambers,business organizations, and community involvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; B2B oroutside sales experience preferred.
• Previous sales leadership or managementexperience preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing, media, oradvertising is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the local market.
