Job summary

Landmark Automotive is seeking a Sales Manager who can turn showroom, eCommerce, and phone inquiries into appointments and vehicle sales. You’ll lead the sales team, structure deals, and coach associates using real calls and customer interactions.

This hands-on manager will focus on developing people, improving the customer experience, and driving measurable results through coaching, CRM discipline, and targeted follow-up strategies.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail sales management experience is strongly preferred.
• A track record of coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, internet lead management and telephone sales.
• Ability to negotiate, handle objections and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales opportunities across showroom, eCommerce and phone channels, including deal structure, negotiation and closing.
• Coach Sales Associates on phone conversations, internet lead responses, appointment setting, follow-up, objection handling and closing.
• Review recorded calls, leads and customer interactions regularly with feedback, role-play and coaching.
• Ensure every internet and phone inquiry receives a prompt, professional and personalized response.
