Job summary

Land Rover Brooklyn is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive the showroom, coach a high-performing team, and own the desk at a busy luxury retailer. You will lead daily meetings, ensure CRM discipline, and push to close deals with strategic structuring across our digital and physical channels.

The role requires proven, high-volume retail automotive management, a hunter mentality, and the ability to develop others.

Qualifications

• Significant, proven sales management experience in retail automotive — hard requirement.
• Ability to develop people, not just close deals yourself.
• Bilingual candidates valued; Russian fluency is a meaningful advantage.
• Working knowledge of DriveCentric, CDK, ACV MAX, and vAuto is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales consultant development: coach, train, and hold a team accountable to daily activity, CRM discipline, and closing standards.
• Desking and deal structure: manage the desk and rework pencils to close deals.
• Daily showroom leadership: lead from the floor in a high-pressure environment.
• Daily sales meetings: set the tone with an 8:45 AM start.
• Own the tech stack discipline across DriveCentric, CDK, ACV MAX, and vAuto.
