Job summary

Landmark Automotive Group is seeking Automotive Sales Professionals to engage customers in person, by phone, text, or online, and help them select the right vehicle through a compelling buying experience.

You will guide customers from first contact to delivery, conduct test drives, and use coaching to continually sharpen your sales skills, delivering exceptional service while driving your own earning potential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and motivation to earn based on performance.
• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers in person, by phone, text and online.
• Ask thoughtful questions and recommend vehicles that fit each customer’s needs.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and turn conversations into appointments.
• Present vehicles, conduct test drives and guide customers through the purchase.
• Follow up consistently and personally. Give customers a reason to keep the conversation going.
• Keep accurate notes and appointments in the CRM so no opportunity is lost.
• Build product knowledge and sharpen your sales skills through coaching and practice.
• Work with managers and teammates to deliver a smooth experience from first contact to delivery.
