Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and sales operations experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience leading sales or account teams.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and revenue.

• Excellent communication and C-suite presentation skills.
• Data-driven, organized, and autonomous with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 8–10 Account Managers to hit revenue targets.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews.
• Manage day-to-day team operations and escalations.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and use of Salesforce, Gong, and other tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Operations.
