Job summary

BDA Inc. (SwagUp) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead 8–10 Account Managers, drive new business from qualified leads, and expand relationships within existing clients. You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, coach the team, and report to the Director of Sales.

Role emphasizes people leadership, growth in branded merchandise, and collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, and Ops. Base salary range $100,000–$115,000 plus commission, with a 4‑days‑in‑office, 1‑day‑remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years diversified experience in sales and sales operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience, leading sales or account management teams.
• Proven success in driving account growth, increasing sales, and meeting revenue/margin goals.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and margins.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including with C-suite executives.
• Ability to coach, develop talent, and lead a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8–10 Account Managers to achieve revenue and pipeline targets.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for day-to-day questions and client scenarios.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent for the account team.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
