Job summary

BDA Inc. in the Atlanta area seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead 8–10 Account Managers, drive growth, and optimize performance. You will coach, conduct 1:1s, manage pipelines, and coordinate with the Director of Sales on forecasting and strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, 1–2 years in management, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Base salary is $100,000–$115,000 plus commission, with a 4-days-in-office schedule and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years diversified experience in sales and sales operations.
• 1–2 years of management experience leading sales or account teams.
• Proven track record of driving account growth and revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate 8–10 Account Managers to hit revenue targets.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews.
• Manage day-to-day team operations and CRM hygiene.
• Forecast, plan strategy, and partner with the Director of Sales.
• Develop talent and expand revenue within existing accounts.
