Closets by Design is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-home sales team in a full-time inside management role. You will mentor, onboard new staff, and drive performance to meet and exceed sales goals.

No degree is required; candidates should have 1–3 years of leadership experience, a proven personal sales record, and willingness to follow our established sales system.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

Benefits

• Listed pay of $55k - $80k includes base salary + bonuses.
• Paid holidays and paid time off.
