Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives in the United States. You’ll help clients organize their homes, receive complete sales and design training, and enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your home.

The role offers a hybrid remote arrangement with paid 16-week sales training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. A driver’s license and auto insurance are required to operate locally.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates with growth mindset.
• Willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads provided).
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow training and use communication skills to help residential customers.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
