Job summary

Closets by Design Nashville is seeking a designer/sales representative to help customers organize their homes. You will receive complete sales and design training, with no prior experience required.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work from home while handling appointments near your home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll receive mentorship, with pre-set client meetings and opportunities for growth, including a direct track to a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (pre-set leads provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities and educate customers on products and services.
• Follow the sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organization needs.

Requirements

• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
