Job summary

Closets by Design Boston is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This full-time inside management position offers a base salary of $50,000 to $65,000 plus bonuses and a clear path to Sales Manager.

Monday to Friday with weekends as needed, located in Massachusetts. You will lead and train a team, analyze sales numbers, and drive performance while working from our office and coordinating with field reps.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
• Follow our proven sales system.
• Highly coachable and reliable.
• Proficient in analyzing sales numbers.
• Working knowledge of Windows Office, Excel.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of in-home sales reps.
• Interview and train new team members.
• Guide and mentor others to grow their sales skills.
• Help the team hit (and beat!) sales goals.
• Keep the team motivated and engaged.
• Monitor and track sales milestones.

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are looking for an experienced candidate to serve as a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
